Conditions for the Online Consultation

- All information you provide during the consultation must be truthful and accurate. It is crucial to provide complete information; omissions may adversely affect your health.

- You must provide a valid email address, mailing address and phone number. All communications will occur via standard email, text, phone or encrypted app.

- Members of Her Safe Harbor will not be liable for any damages to your health caused by inaccuracies or omissions in the information you provide.

- A licensed provider or nurse practitioner will utilize the information you provide and their best clinical judgment to determine if you can safely use abortion pills.

- If you would like our medical staff to review your consultation and provide information about the best treatment options, you must review and approve this agreement, as well as a consent agreement.

- You will be required to make a payment to ensure continued service availability for other women. If you are unable to make a payment, please email contact@hersafeharbor.com.

- Healthcare providers reserve the right to refuse any request made by you. If your request is accepted, we will inform you by email. You agree to receive communications regarding the medicines at the provided email address.

- After one week, you will receive a follow-up inquiry via email, unless you have specified an alternative communication preference.

- Healthcare providers are obligated by law to retain your information for 15 years. You can request deletion of your private health information simply be emailing us at contact@hersafeharbor.com.

- Abortion pills may have side effects. You understand that the use of these medicines may result in adverse effects, including those indicated on our website, and you will seek medical attention immediately if you experience any allergic reactions or complications.

- You have read the information and instructions thoroughly before taking the abortion pills.

- You understand that you should not use the medicines after 10 weeks of pregnancy, in cases of ectopic pregnancy, or if there are any contraindications.

- Abortion pills may not have the desired results. You acknowledge that this website and its counselors cannot guarantee the termination of a pregnancy by using abortion pills.
